Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using any landing page, form, or service operated by Swift Response AI ("we," "us," or "our") on behalf of participating roofing contractors (each a "Client"). By submitting a form or using our pages, you agree to these Terms.
Swift Response AI operates lead generation landing pages for local roofing contractors. Our pages allow homeowners to request a free, no-obligation roof inspection from the Client contractor identified on the page. We facilitate the connection between you and the Client; we are not ourselves a roofing contractor.
The roof inspection offered on our pages is free of charge and carries no obligation to purchase any products or services. An inspector from the Client contractor will assess your roof and provide a findings report. Any repair or replacement proposal is entirely separate and subject to a separate agreement between you and the Client.
By checking the required consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from the Client and from Swift Response AI regarding your inspection appointment and related services. This may include automated messages sent using automated telephone dialing systems or artificial/prerecorded voices.
By submitting our form, you acknowledge that the information you provide is accurate and that you are the subscriber or regular user of the phone number provided. You consent to receive calls and texts from the Client and Swift Response AI under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable regulations, including calls using automated dialing technology and prerecorded messages.
Our pages and lead generation services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Client's services will meet your expectations or that any insurance claim will be approved. Results vary based on individual circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Response AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our pages or services, or the Client's roofing services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Any references to insurance claims on our pages are informational only. Approval of any insurance claim is solely at the discretion of your insurance carrier. Swift Response AI and the Client make no guarantee that your insurance claim will be approved or that your roof replacement will be covered. Your policy terms govern your coverage.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information on our forms. You represent that you are the property owner or an authorized representative, or that you have disclosed your status accurately. Providing false information may result in the cancellation of your inspection request.
Your use of our pages is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Our pages may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Meta, Google). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable federal law including the TCPA. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Continued use of our pages after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
