Swift Response AI is a marketing services company that operates lead generation pages for local roofing contractors. When you submit a form on one of our pages, your information is shared with the roofing contractor identified on that page (the "Client") so they can contact you about a free roof inspection.

5. Calls

By submitting our form and checking the required consent box, you consent to receive calls from the Client and Swift Response AI at the phone number provided, including calls using automated technology, prerecorded voices, and artificial voices. You are not required to consent to receive autodialed calls as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. To opt out of calls, ask to be placed on the do-not-call list during any call.

6. Sharing Your Information

We share your information with:

• The Client — the roofing contractor identified on the page where you submitted the form. They will contact you regarding your inspection.
• Service providers — including CRM platforms, communication tools (SMS/voice), and analytics providers, under confidentiality agreements.
• Legal compliance — if required by law, court order, or to protect rights.

We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and comply with applicable law, typically no longer than 3 years from the date of submission unless a longer retention period is required by law.
